FOUNDER
STORY
THE ART OF JUDGMENT
“WITNESSING RISE AND FALL
TAUGHT ME THE MEANING
OF LONG-TERM THINKING.”
A personal journey shaped by family rise and fall, entrepreneurship, disruption, and rebuilding.
WHERE MY JUDGMENT COMES FROM
01|The Lesson of Rise and Fall
I grew up seeing both success and pressure.
From an early age, I witnessed how quickly business can change when people, timing, trust, competition, and the wider environment shift.
02|Building EduStation From Zero
After graduation, I founded EduStation Pte Ltd in Singapore. What began as education consulting became a journey of helping families navigate schools, applications, homestay, guardianship, and future pathways.
03|Rebuilding After Disruption
Like many founders, I went through disruption, uncertainty, competition, and the impact of the pandemic. Those years taught me that growth alone is not enough. Systems must be strong enough to survive change.
What I Do
Today, my work sits at the intersection of education, business, AI, and human understanding.
Singapore education planning, school applications, homestay, guardianship, and long-term family pathways.
Helping SMEs turn AI into practical workflows, content systems, automation, and team efficiency.
Connecting education, business, and regional resources through trusted collaboration.
Using personality insight to support communication, leadership, relationships, and personal growth.
I believe clarity is a form of protection.
I believe systems give people room to grow.
I believe judgment matters more than noise.
I believe the best time to prepare is before everything becomes urgent.
For education planning, AI business advisory, partnerships or Enneagram-based growth.
